I know we haven’t seen what Matias can really do yet but I would love to see the program go after a setter like Charlotte Glass out of Tribe. A setter with some legitimate net presence who has the bulldog mentality I know Robyn wants in her setters.

I’m sure Robyn is trying for those type of players, but considering glass is going to be recruited by every major program in the country, it’s a hard sell to get her to come here

Hawai'i is relatively easy to sell. Just harder to get top players and their families to give a hard look when they have scores of top programs clamoring for their attention.

I think the program is going to be pretty good at the pin for foreseeable future and Mili from what she puts out, seems to be one of the most motivated middle recruits I’ve seen come into the program in some time. So I’m interested to see what the program is thinking as far as the future setter and libero for UH needs to be to keep moving upwards

No hints on who the commit is? 😅 Until koa says something, there’s almost no use in speculating lol

All I know about the new commit is that she… likes to play volleyball. 🤓

Wish list would be a true OPP or an OH with size. Either one would help…..even a one and done. This class deserves a chance to go further than one round.
This is really a chance for players like Amber, Riley, Tiff to finish off their 4-5 year careers on a high note. Got to do better than one and done.
MB and setter seems to be set. Plenty of back row candidates so no need for this season but the OPP is still up in the air and all of our OHs are 6-0 and under. Could use a 6-3 OH that can match up with some is the more elite teams.

As much as I would still like to see Tiff pop off and surprise everyone as a rightside, I won’t pretend like we wouldn’t be a strong, experienced team if we started everyone who started last season and added a strong opposite with a ton of firepower

All the posters in the know have stopped hinting toward Wahine indoor recruits, probably because of how stalker-ish and obsessive some of the posters can get. I guess the waiting game continues if its true.

I believe Robyn is taking the same approach as Charlie Wade is taking when going after volleyball players, athleticism and volleyball IQ over height. Charlie Wade's team is not one of the tallest, in Men's Volleyball, but they are one of the Best Teams. Both Stella Adeyemi and Tali Hakas, are 6'0 and under, in height, but both are very athletic with a high volleyball IQ.
