I think this will be a top 25 team for sure. They need to start out strong though. This is the year where they know who they are. There shouldn't be a lot of early season juggling or trying to find out who the lineup is. They need to gel in practice and come out winning. And I think this is the case even if though don't pick up a right side this spring. Agreed. With the experience coming back and only needing to fill one pin hitter role along with ADDING depth to the middle and Libero spots, I like our chances of breaking into the Top 25, especially if the schedule is challenging again. I think the only added question mark for me is if Matias can push Lang enough to see her really step her game up |

It suck’s that no one can’t broadcast these matches. UH should utilize their resources. I’m sure they have a college video media team that could use the practice. |

This will be a chance for players like Annika, Caylen and Kendra to get plenty of reps. This could do these 3 good as they will get the bulk of the PT since Tali and Stella are not here yet and Chandler and Riley are with the beach team. I really don't see Chandler improving her stock with the indoor team by playing beach. She will again be a practice player mostly. If both Caylen and Kendra can step up their games and take that next step forward, I wouldn't be surprised if they get starting spots or get plenty of PT in the fall. Riley might have made All BW but she, to me, is not that dominant of a player that she cannot be unseated. With Mindi Morioka on board, I'm assuming that Kendra will now be a full time pin hitter and will be battling for one OH spot(either as a second left side hitter or a passing OPP). Her passing and defense was decent this past year but didn't get many practice as a hitter so this spring will be her chance to hit more. |

No one is going to unseat Riley for one of the 2 OH positions. Robyn started her as a freshman. Her passing and defense is too valuable and her hitting came around last season. |
