I think we usually get these tomorrow morning/afternoon, right?
Anyway, here's the list of matches/time slots. Last year, the regional semifinals at the same host site were 2 hours apart (so most start late) What do you think the schedule will be?
These are the matches: #1 Texas vs. #4 Marquette #2 Minnesota vs. #3 Ohio State
#1 Stanford vs. #5 Houston #2 San Diego vs. #3 Kentucky #1 Wisconsin vs. #4 Penn State #2 Pittsburgh vs. #3 Florida
#1 Louisville vs. #4 Baylor #2 Nebraska vs. #3 Oregon
This is the schedule: (All Times Eastern)
Regional Semifinals 11am Regional #1 12pm Regional #2 (ESPN2) 1pm Regional #1 2pm Regional #2 (ESPN2) 3pm Regional #3 5pm Regional #3 7pm Regional #4 9pm Regional #4
Regional Finals are at 4pm, 6pm, 8pm, and 10pm.

I'll guess..
11am Nebraska vs. Oregon 1pm Baylor vs. Louisville
12pm Minnesota vs. Ohio State 2pm Texas vs. Marquette
3pm Pittsburgh vs. Florida 5pm Penn State vs. Wisconsin
7pm San Diego vs. Kentucky 9pm Stanford vs. Houston
I think they could switch the Louisville regional from being the earliest with one of the Central Time Zone hosts (Wisconsin/Texas) in order to get Nebraska on ESPN2 though.

Oregon at 11 am ET seems unfair BYU was in the same boat last year. Though mountain time only meant it was a 9am match for them, instead of 8am.

I have no predictions, but when I did my lesson planning at the beginning of November for the entire 2nd quarter (I'm a high school teacher btw lol), I purposely lined everything up so I'd be giving my classes a test this Thursday so I can have these matches up on my computer without having to worry about it 😂😂😂

I'll miss one of the games and praying it's one of the 8 I have the least interest in!

Agree but thought the host took first slot of the two except in prime time?

Stand by for a rant.
And now, the rant. What's the NCAA's obsession with doing some of the biggest VB games of the year on Thursdays. Day one of the regionals. Day one of the finals.
For west-coasters who work a typical 9-5 day, this first day of regionals has only one match that starts after 5 p.m.
On a Thursday.
Overheard in the ESPN board room:
"We've got a great ladies sport here, fellas. How can we hide it?"

With Stanford hosting, wouldn't it make sense to dump the 11am slot, and add an 11:00pm slot (would be 8:00pm at Stanford)?
