We have the arms and the littles can pass. We just need to (1) find one OH/OPP that can pass and (2) either Orr or Reilly to become a consistently above average setter (not even great) and the offensive numbers will finally make a substantial jump. do we know the littles can pass tho? No one has seen Maisie or Laney pass in an NCAA match yet right? I'm not worried about Laney. Cook will have her ready. Whether or not one of Krause/Murray (or Batenhorst) can pass well enough is the passing question for me. It's why I'd feel more comfortable if we could get another high level DS from the portal just in case. Put that NIL to work, our roster is pretty small as it is.

Interesting that the program and coach God have repeatedly stated that Orr’s knee was a concern last fall and this spring she didn’t play beach to concentrate on indoor and rehab the knee. Great plan. Let’s get that problem knee back to normal. Yea team. #gbr
My question is, if the knee is an ongoing concern, and she didn’t play beach because of those “concerns” and efforts to get that knee back to.normal, why did she take up surfing when she was in Hawaii? … and according to the coaches and players, she even managed to stand up while she was surfing? Somehow that doesn’t seem like a great activity to engage in if you are worried about protecting a problem knee.
Again . . ,Why was someone with a problem knee learning how to stand up and surf? It all just seems odd. . .it all just seems like these people just never tell the truth. . . But we all know that. Can’t wait for a new regime. Maybe an occasional truth will slip out when they talk in public, something that hasn’t happened with this one for a decade. 🏐

She may have been encouraged for just that reason. 3) Why would the coaching staff be untruthful about her knee? To the contrary, her knee issues are documented and well known. This "..these people just never tell the truth..." is just not true, likely connected to a personality thing on your part. At least that is the way I see it.

If anything they would remain silent on her physical issues and IMO this is how it should be, barring permission being given or a statement from Kennedi herself. Silence is largely what we have seen except the the knee was aggravated during Beach 2022, some surgical work was done, and she was withheld from Beach season this year for rehab and that is about it unless I missed something.

There was an instagram photo or two of Orr at an indoor volleyball facility in Hawaii, so presumably they were getting her reps and she was just vacationing while in Hawaii.

24 days til the spring game. Should provide some insight into the fall line-up, especially if one or more freshman start. Regardless expect lots of experimenting with the line-ups in the fall within a 5-1 system.
GBR!
