Stanford losing at home to San Diego still doesn't prove that the incorrect team hosted? I'm confused. So, Pitt over Wisconsin, am I right?? I think Pitt did have the better RPI......... Announcers did say on the Broadcast this is the first time ever that a top three RPI team wasn’t a number one regional seed.

I know they said Kipp was staying but this result pretty much confirms it lol Meanwhile Buzzerio scores 3 of Pitt final 4 points to lead her team to a final four. That’s a 1st Team AA performance Okay but Kipp is still a first team AA lol

Yes, this is logic! Although to me the 3/6 is an upset, 4/5 can go either way. I'm not sure many were arguing that Pitt and Wisco were interchangeable per se. There were people who thought Pitt had a shot, for sure. An outside one maybe, but definitely a shot. I wasn't writing it off either. To be honest 3-6 were a lot closer than 1-2, the margins between them were extremely thin. The gap from 2 to 3 and 6 to 7 was more than 3 to 6. Good intel! I think Pitt played quite a bit above their median tonight esp with serving but it was like shockingly annoying how little Wisconsin wanted to fight until they were basically laying there with a boot on their neck. Good on Pitt for playing excellently when it matters - I'd much rather have that type of team in the FF!

watching San Diego all season long was a blast.... being there since day1, I knew how good this team could be. I wasn't one of the latecomers that showed up bc their team got eliminated. there were sooooo many doubters out there... not naming names because you know who you are.... they counted San Diego out every single chance because they weren't Power 5, or whenever they dropped a set, apparently they weren't legit.
The committee didn't give them a Top4 seed because they were not 'dEsErViNg' of it. well guess what my Toreros are going to the Final !!!!###$$$!!!ING Four and they continue to show that if you have talent you can go as far as possible. you don't need to be a B1G or PAC team, all you need is solid pieces and great coaching.
thank you for coming to my F*****g TED TALK

imo Blossom is the best setter in the country, followed by Miner (an argument can be made for Pukis as well). her ability to take mediocre or terrible passes and create great hitting opportunities is unmatched

Benbow’s dig on Kipp at 9-9 flipped the match. Was awesome, but i think Elena hitting the back of her head hard on the table turned the match. I think it really did a number on the players. Certainly did on this fan. Not saying that is the reason for the result, just that it was, sorry, impactful in a significant way to how play happened after and i think things likely would have been closer with whatever result. So, i think it was a key point.

Kinda sad they just ended it and didn't interview anyone from San Diego. That would've been great content. Can’t miss a second of that FCS replay 🙄
