Meanwhile Buzzerio scores 3 of Pitt final 4 points to lead her team to a final four. That’s a 1st Team AA performance Kipp can only carry her team so far, she won an entire set by herself cmon now Zero kills 5th set and lost

watching San Diego all season long was a blast.... being there since day1, I knew how good this team could be. I wasn't one of the latecomers that showed up bc their team got eliminated. there were sooooo many doubters out there... not naming names because you know who you are.... they counted San Diego out every single chance because they weren't Power 5, or whenever they dropped a set, apparently they weren't legit. The committee didn't give them a Top4 seed because they were not 'dEsErViNg' of it. well guess what my Toreros are going to the Final !!!!###$$$!!!ING Four and they continue to show that if you have talent you can go as far as possible. you don't need to be a B1G or PAC team, all you need is solid pieces and great coaching. thank you for coming to my F*****g TED TALK Yikes. I'm actually with you, but that was the worst Ted Talk ever. thank you, it wasn't meant to be perfect. my eyes are so tired and my tears are all dried up. all I know is that I am about to sleep hella good tonight

How many first team AAs will sd have ? They’re so balanced hopefully blossom gets the recognition she deserves Blossom and Lukes should be locks for first team IMO. Not sure about Benbow and Frohling, maybe 2nd team?

Not sure about Benbow and Frohling, maybe 2nd team? Blossom's performance here has to put her in the #2 Vegas Odds favorite for POY. I think Eggleston is in the pole position now but the voters could go for the Cinderella story.

I'm very happy for Gabby Blosson. I'd be even happier if she had stayed at Penn State, along with Hord, Gray and Hampton. What could have been .....

They literally have every piece of the puzzle. They have an elite setter, an elite libero, elite hitters, and serve, pass, and defend well. They are an elite team this year and they belong in the Final 4. Yeah, the committee had a valid reason for putting Stanford in the 4 slot instead, but they then put SD in the very next best position... from which they excellelled. I think that was legit and no disrespect at that level. I'm sure Stanford took them 100% serious.

Okay I just have to tip my hat to all 8 teams that played today. Seriously this was the best Elite 8 I can ever remember. I'm exhausted.

Miner did not play like the second best setter in the country… way too predictable, not enough middle More middle would not have helped; her pins needed to score more. Those weren't bad sets to Kipp, just good defense. In that last run, Rubin had about 6 good looks against Blossom and just couldn't score. i think miner perhaps is aware that going to the middle is not effective offensively (from the few times I have seen her set Francis and Vicini. Francis was dug on a slide near match point tonight. I know Stanford also lost a very good middle due to injuries). I don’t think she’s uncreative, she just has limited tools to work with in other areas + the best opposite in the country, can you blame her for setting Kipp so many times? I was more so referring to her location—many setters at this level that I’ve seen don’t really have as consistent location as she does

Yikes. I'm actually with you, but that was the worst Ted Talk ever. thank you, it wasn't meant to be perfect. my eyes are so tired and my tears are all dried up. all I know is that I am about to sleep hella good tonight I thought that Stanford would receive the seed over San Diego, but I also believed and hoped that San Diego could win. They are a very good team. The first Final Four is a very overwhelming and distracting experience, so I don't necessarily expect San Diego to prevail, but this experience is amazing and well deserved.

After tonight: 3-1 and 0-4.
