Was browsing UK athletics today and saw their 2023 schedule on their site. ukathletics.com/sports/wvball/schedule/season/2023/No Stanford the first weekend as originally rumored. Will be in Colorado weekend 1 playing Colorado St and Northern Colorado. Other Non-conf bigtime matchups include and home and away vs Pitt, @ Nebraska, and @louisville. Looks like playing in a Purdue type invitational where if both UK and Purdue win their Friday night matchup, they'll play each other Saturday. Love this idea! Also SEC is back to the original Fri-Sun conference format and won't be playing same team on back to back nights. Thoughts? wow Kentucky's non con is stacked! even the opening weekend playing Colorado State & a N. Colorado team that went to the tournament. big fan of the home & home with Pitt! and thank god the SEC is back to the traditional schedule! the back to back was horrendous! |

You didn't ask me, but 5-3.
Colorado State, N. Colorado, and Houston should be wins. We tend to play well against Purdue and I think we should have the edge against Louisville, who we tend to play close with, because of their setting situation to start the season.
Optimistically, I hope we split with Pitt (which is easier when the games are back-to-back), and I think we likely lose to Nebraska. Tossed in one more loss just for safe measure ha.

Couldn't tell you why, her serving last season was truly befuddling

You're right, I'm just teasing her. That said, it looked like she slightly changed up her serve in the spring, so maybe it takes her the first month to dial it in again. |

Colorado -Pitt 1 -Pitt 2 -Houston -Purdue -Louisville -Nebraska I think they beat both Colorados, Houston and Purdue. id give the edge to Pitt but pitts likely to have 2 freshman on the pins and no matter how good in highshcool I don't like betting on that until I see them play NCAA ball so im calling it a tie w them for now I give Nebraska and Louisville the edge as of now but its always a battle with Kentucky and Louisville |
