Not going to lie… I’m extremely nervous about the roster next season. Doesn’t look like any major transfers are showing significant interest. Glaring issues at the pins. Who sets the ball? Hoping the staff can come out with some big wins in the portal After looking at the roster matrix Nyline posted earlier, I'm more concerned about scholarship availability. |

Not sure whether you mean too few or too many, but I'm pretty confident Penn State has sufficient scholarships available. They just need to fill them with quality players (as does every team). |

At least 1-2 scholarships open. Some key transfers are in the mix.

I thought maybe too few, if any, but Postprime answered my question. |

A good day in PSU sports today at least! (and there was Rose Bowl skepticism in the Wiswell household too). Big Ten record in bowl games was 5-4; good on PSU, WI, & MN. The two top teams' results were unfortunate, though. |

Are they going to get them of course is the key question. Season went well, but not sure that is sufficient to woo the talent in a win-now race vs. several other top teams. |

I thought you would've learned a thing or two from last year. You didn't think this staff could woo anyone coming in without any experience. Maybe wait till Summer before predicting a season of doom & gloom. There are still a lot of good hitters in the portal, and more good players could enter the May portal window. |

I thought you would've learned a thing or two from last year. You didn't think this staff could woo anyone coming in without any experience. I hedged on this in my post that you quoted. We are a lot better off than many other teams; what we are not *currently* is a "win now" championship team. There are girls who want that, and we can't offer it realistically. |
