If this thread is accurate it’s obvious I’m going to be disappointed in Theis’ destination. I feel like he was positioning himself for a big time job when it came open. If it’s South, and there’s a cowboy hat involved, it has to be Oklahoma. The only other possible destination right now is Ole Miss, but I don’t associate the Rebs with cowboy hats. I’ll say this. That’s another slam dunk hire for Castiglione if he pulls it off. I’m still not convinced he’s going anywhere. I would think Marquette would try and secure him with a contract extension. Plus he has family in the area and grew up in Madison. I guess we’ll see, hopefully sooner rather than later. unfortunately when someone with barely any posts makes a post about a big thing like that it’s almost always true in my experience |

Did we miss Florida being open? Haha. It was my speculation to a cryptic post. Mary will be 64 and Ryan is at the top of her coaching tree. Has passed on other opportunities because he likes his situation but has said he'd jump at a few. Florida would be one is my guess. We'll see how this plays out. |

Oklahoma State would make WAY more sense for a cowboy hat than Oklahoma, minus the whole "not having a volleyball team" thing. |

Pardon my ignorance. Where is Meghan Keck now? Asking for someone in Whitefish Bay. She’s running 1st Alliance Volleyball Club and doing an awesome job! I thought I heard that her 17-1 team won Nationals but I could be wrong about that. |
