if they gave it to Parra over Skinner, that would be blasphemous. Parra has been great but Skinner’s conference stats are way better. she leads the conference in kills per set by like half a kill per set while being top 10 in H%, hitting over .300!! Id give it to Skinner based on stats and team record in conference and overall…if TCU had a better record Parra wasnt injured and didnt miss games she coulda easily been POY i wanted parra to play for houston or georgia when she transferred...i wish her the best with the hypnofrog

i watched the volleyball master coaches podcast today they spoke about the tournament...the guys were talking about usc & then commented that fields was out due to covid...then one the guys said but she's currently in a boot...i only watched a little bit of the usc/oregon match, was fields on the bench during the match? or was she @ the stanford match?

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
I was thinking today that these athletes who play for our enjoyment are "stuck" in Austin during this time. I know that most (but not all) players' families come to Austin and share this time with them. But still, not like going back home where you can hang with your PopPop or Nana.
