Also saw that TTA landed at Wisco. Some Portal Tea and Florida fans comments had her interested in Florida. Combo of Dixon/AC/Big freshman kid at the OH2, plus no Beason. I just don't know how good that team can be.

Looks like Ole Miss will have Anna Bair next season. Good news for the Rebels, if not totally surprising!

I just don't know how good that team can be. Hopefully Victoria can be healthy enough? But we also have 2 other freshman coming in... I have total faith in Mary in terms of SEC... but post tournament... no idea If I were to guess right now, I'd say the top would be Auburn, Florida, Kentucky, LSU (in alphabetical order) but you never know with the SEC

That was assuming Victoria at the OH1. I hope she's got a solid year ahead of her. Interested to see who the scheduling most benefits. I get that Auburn won a tournament game, but they played the softest non-conference possible and were the only team in the SEC to play each of the bottom 3 SEC teams twice. That's 5 of their 10 wins. (lost to Mizzou) And they went 0-15 in sets in their 5 matches against Kentucky, Florida and Arkansas. 3 of those matches were at home. They're going to be good, but with the softest schedule available they only went 10-8 in conf. If that schedule was tougher, are they +.500 in the SEC?

Auburn was super young and picked up some really solid portal additions too though for this year

The ball control issues that forced them to set the pins too much have yet to be addressed, however. Anderson and Scheer need to improve their passing, or AU needs more/better DSs, I think.

UGA picks up a pin transfer, but not from inside the conference. Erica Staunton from Northeastern commits to the Dawgs.
I guess Darty's bad-mouthing of Cromartie had its intended effect.

Not a fan of conference tournament for volleyball. Just don't think it is necessary. But if they are going to have one I would say go to Club style rules and make it best 2 out 3 and play the tournament in a two day format. Just don't think there is any benefit to having a conference tournament at this level.
