I think you would have to look long and hard to find a better prepared more articulate new head coach. Outstanding. Also impressed that Vanderbilt approved a full coaching staff 2 1/2 years before competition.
Hmm. Next assistant is: a highly competitive setter, 6 -7 years pro experience......
Lauren Carlini and Micha Hancock fit the 6 - 7 years experience, I think.

I’d bet what I pay for my college tuition that Kayla isn’t the next coach… Well Anders literally said it's someone who was an accomplished setter and played a lot of pro ball so obviously not Banwarth |

Very excited for this addition to the SEC. Vandy is super lucky being able to recruit the 2024 class. Given 5th years, covid and the transfer portal there are a ton of super talented 2024's waiting to be picked up yet, and would jump at the chance to play at a school like Vandy even if they have to sit a year. (Which is becoming the new norm given the portal moves anyway) Can't wait to see what Anders and staff can put together.
