There is a scenario in which Brazil could not qualify:
🇧🇷 (7W, 21pts)
BRA < THA in 3 or 4
🇩🇪 (8W)
GER > USA
🇨🇳 (7W, 22pts)
CHI > KOR in 3 or 4
🇯🇵 (7W, 21 or 22pts)
JPN > KOR in 3 or 4
JPN < ITA in 4 or 5 (Japan would qualify over Brazil losing in 4 due to set ratio)
🇮🇹 (8W)
ITA > JPN
ITA > CRO
🇷🇸 (7W, 22pts)
SRB > DOM in 3 or 4
SRB > BUL in 3 or 4
