Ok, that's ridiculous. Cal was supposed to be quite good this year.
The Pac-10 is looking pretty sad so far this season.

Cal is good, very good. SO they've ran into a few bumps oh well. They're 5-2, and still learning to play together. Pre season... who cares?

The Pac-10 at the top appears to be extremely good (Stanford, Washington) while the rest are mediocre (Arizona, UCLA, USC) to poor (WSU, Oregon, Oregon State, Arizona State, Cal).

I don't think I'd group Cal with the other "poor" Pac-10 teams... I'd hope they'd be competitive with Arizona, UCLA, and USC.

I'm sure by the end of the season, the mediocres could probably whup anyone's arse in the NCAAs, so don't you fret.
