I don’t know what’s going on here, but I registered and applied on this forum weeks ago at the start of the VNL to join and was just very recently approved. I’ve known the volleyball community to be elitist but this, this absurdity is on a whole new level. |

i would love a fresh perspective for us, but nothing will happen until after this Olympic cycle so oh well. i'm just praying Karch has light bulb moment and learns from these missteps, but i'm not holding my breath Well no one thought they could win the Olympics last time and he proved everyone wrong and with Jordan setting. Let’s give this guy some credit. |

How would the world rankings affect this match? or tournament? Second I think certain players got overplayed and were fatigued like what happen with the men's team against Argentina. DeFalco played like every match beforehand and this time Hancock. I can't explain JWO, she is not international caliber. Also, yesterday USA lost to the probably the team that will be 1 or 2 and is beyond amazing. Poland is good but USA lost today to very less talented team compared to yesterday, which even with the loss was a good match and fight. China wins in 5 later, USA stays #1 China wins in 4 or 3, China is #1 and USA #2 Turkey wins (any score), Turkey is #1 and USA #2
(not my calculations, someone else's that i just read. did not confirm it)

Past performance is great to be sure, but we're in a generational shift and we're not showing any progress post olympic gold. 5th place VNL 2022, 4th WCH 2022, 4th VNL 2023 |

L1 gets matched up against the setter more often, and then often gets the OH in the one SO where the opp is up front. Imagine if she was trying to hit through Stysiak instead of Wenerska |
