Omaha benched their setter for a freshman setter. Curry, the senior, was struggling. They graduated 4-year starter, Sami Clarkson, last year. I think these struggles would probably be happening with them regardless of venue. They are having to figure out the setter position. They are a more talented team than this performance IMO. Food for thought. They should be good enough to take a set off of Nebraska. They look worse than Lipscomb right now. Don't see them challenging SD in the Summit this year like this. I agree. I’m just saying there is talent on the team. Not having good setting is wrecking them. Looks like they are rotating setters right now. |

What is interesting to me is that the red-white scrimmage showed there wouldn’t be this massive drop off with nonstarters to cause concern against Omaha. And there’s been such lineup experimentation the last few years.
