if they got beat by a freshman, they can get beat by a group of freshmen. lol Tbf I think the loss to Florida was lack of offensive power, esp middles not connecting with Kami and Baird being gone Some shoddy passing too they hit over .300 in the match, the average of basically 5 service errors per set and the loss of baird were the biggest factors imo. they didn't necessarily struggle to put the ball down as much as they struggled to put the ball in play. the serves that were going in were not up to the standard they usually are either imo |

IMO volleyball fans are the best. I really enjoy when fans of two programs can talk and josh with civility. I have never understood the idea of verbally stomping on your opponents fans.

I mean, I agree, but as a Texas fan this week sure has been fun with both Alabama and Texas A&M fans. There’s a lot of crow to eat for both fan bases regarding the outcome of the football game between Texas and Alabama Saturday night, and it’s been fun watching Texas fans do a lot of force feeding. But it always comes back around. Always. But I love the banter on VT. People call it toxic. I don’t know. I don’t see it the same way at all. I see a lot of passion. A lot of conviction. And a whole lot of cleverness. I wouldn’t have it any other way. I wish all the match threads were as active as this one, but Nebraska has the most passionate fans on the planet. Big games involving the Cornhuskers are always going to make the match thread extra active. |

I haven't watched Nebraska super closely this year, anyone with VM know what Murray's passing numbers are on the year so far? is she passing all 6 rotations or do they do a 2 person receive when choboy is in? Murray 2.08 / 51.3 GP% on 113 attempts Choboy 2.34 / 62.5 GP% on 48 attempts Rodriguez 2.49 / 67.7 GP% on 93 attempts |

I feel like it's really easy to say Stanford will win this one, Nebraska simply, similar to Wisconsin, does not beat Stanford. We just can't, for some reason.
However, this Husker team is better than the last few teams we've had. It'll be a big test for the underclassmen, and I am very excited like everyone to watch this on national TV!
I think it is going to take a big game from Harper, I think she will be the deciding factor and we will of course need Merritt to lead. And of course pass well. I think our defense and passing is better than theirs, but I think they win the setter and offensive battle. We shall see
