How can Keegan bench the WOOK but not Taylor. Someone, please. Cause shes the reigning player of the year lol She's been given ample time to get out of her "funk" or whatever. To me it looks like lack of effort plain and simple.

Landfair needs to take a seat on the bench. I just have to believe something is up whether it’s mental or physical but I truly hope it gets figured out and she gets the support she needs. I’m a fan and a believer, she clearly has the talent, but something is clearly up. She can get it figured out while she's on the bench. No reason to drag the whole team down with her horrible play.

They're gonna seed Creighton again for this. Creighton is likely going to go 27-2 and easily win the Big East. Wins at Purdue and Minnesota prove they are legit. The only challenge left on their schedule is a game at Marquette on Oct. 6. Losing 1-3 at Nebraska was nothing to be ashamed of, so losing 2-3 to Duke on a neutral court was their only hiccup. They are playing without their best player, Norah Sis (Big East player of the year in 2022), and if/when they get her back, an Elite 8 appearance is likely. Creighton being seeded is now an expectation for anyone who knows volleyball.

The top 16 teams should be seeded each year irregardless of how they finished in previous years.

The Top 16 teams should, but there's a flawed three-letter metric that keeps pumping them out as such regardless of whether they are. And now they're gonna ride one September win to it again, notwithstanding things like a loss to Duke or how they look the rest of the season. Hence the sighing.

Point taken, but in my opinion, it's not just one September win. The wins over Iowa State and Purdue and a couple of wins over good mid-majors will also factor whether they get a seed or not. Anyway, there's still a long season ahead and plenty of time for many teams to no longer deserve a seed.

I don't think I have an issue with Creighton being penciled in as a seed given how messy this year has been so far. I also am not sure Creighton doesn't take some unexpected losses in the Big East this year.

I don't wanna look through the pages of banter on this match, but did anyone else see that handsome daddy on the left side of the court, end line where players were serving?

Cause shes the reigning player of the year lol Yeah that was great last season. Now she doesn’t swing and is an absolute liability on the floor. She has to be injured or something?

Zeynep not playing is inexcusable She is ineligible right now No, she is not. She played in the match against High Point on Thursday, and in a meeting beforehand, Coach K explicitly stated to the fans in attendance that Z was cleared to play.
