Well that was silly, CU wins 15-13, each team does a reverse sweep on the other's home floor. Not sure what that says about either team's mental toughness

Well I guess you were right. This is the best outcome for the best chance to see both teams make the tournament which would be nice.

Both teams are pretty up and down but when they are on they are both that 20-40 range.

So, I was at the match with my husband who is a former Ram football player, and we both agree. There were MANY plays that were called for CSU/against CU that were ridiculously wrong. I mean, we are talking out-right wrong. Even my husband, who was wearing all Rams gear, said that he think the Refs bet online against the Buffs or something. Calls like illegal back-row attack against CU when she was the front row player. A CU in-ball serve that was called out and CU challenged and they still said it was out. Not calling illegal back-row attacks on CSU. Not calling nets on CSU, but always calling them on CU. It goes on and on. The craziest one-sided (wrong) calling I have seen in a LONG time.

Glad the Buffs were able to pull through - even with those refs.

The GOLDEN SPIKE belongs to the Buffs AGAIN!

CU also wins the "OWN THE STATE" with the wins over CSU and UNCO!

On tv it was not obvious there were any bad calls. I think the bad call I saw was yesterday with the overturned touch on Lexi in the 4th.

Exact mirror of yesterday's match. CU reverse sweeps CSU. Good job CU! Middles had a day. Howard with 12 kills and Payne with 11. These two teams are closely matched. Wouldn't it have been fun if they were both in the PAC next year.
