Florida needs to run clinics on winning 5th sets cuz how many is that already this year DOM is shaking. Gainesville is closer to Santo Domingo than it is Anaheim, so, makes sense. |

I already liked this flordia team but these 5 setters and celebration for every win with muff is pretty amazing. if this season ended with Mary wise being the first female coach to win a title with the championship in Florida all the while your star setter is out, I'm first in line for the movie adaptation.
come december they'll keep their composure in any hard situation.

Sam said she was applying and we were getting 3 more years of her but i’m pretty sure it’s all an assumption that she will get awarded the redshirt

The W goes to UF. Phew…
Serve/receive game lost it for UGA. Via LiveStats they had 10 more kills than UF, but 6 more errors and 3 fewer aces. Both teams with 12 unforced errors (UF with 23 attack errors where 11 were UGA blocks whereas UGA had 30 attack errors where 18 were UF blocks). UGA had 23 more attack attempts.
Impressed with the late run when Fitzpatrick went back to serve - may want to use her more often if she can put together that string of points.
Also impressed with Fischer. She was good last season but looks to have elevated her game this year.
Fortunately, this is the only time these teams match up this fall in the regular season.

Looking back at the match, UGA looked way to cocky and confident with every point. I think they underestimated this team considering they beat Florida with Stucky last season

I thought she was already cleared for it A requirement is that it’s a season-ending injury that occurs in the first half of the season (among other things). So the NCAA won’t do any official approving until after the season is over. |
