Arkansas is tough. They are tough mentally. They will wear you down. Auburn has to learn some things.

Auburn should look at using that bench instead of letting some of those starters just continue to error after error. Bel Zimmerman did come in for some front row action as a sub -- had 0 kills, 3 errors on 5 swings. They were going without Akasha for a little bit - then brought her on again only to make some errors. But I'm not really sure what other options were had for Auburn there. They were all around filthy. |

They were all around filthy. They literally couldn't pass the simplest ball. Yes, the serves were pretty aggressive but even the weaker serves just rolled up the arms. I expected to see some competition. It was ugly. Early in the match when they were somewhat competing, they were missing serves. By set 2, they missed everything else. |

You would think that Auburn had something else to put out there. Bench is pretty deep but Crouch doesn’t want to try anything else. They must be trying to RS Laurendine, right? I don't think she's seen any action, despite the general weakness of AU's non-con schedule. I'm not trying to kick anyone while they're down, but when the announcers referred to Anderson as a "potential All-American," I had to hold onto something. Big and strong, but I think she's over-praised. |

I don’t ever wanna hear that name again. She did a number on Wisconsin earlier this year, and I’m sure Auburn is going to get twitchy everytime they hear Gillen’s name next. |

Losing to Arkansas isn't a bad loss, but by that scoreline for a top 25 team, that is bad.

Auburn’s non-conference schedule was a cake walk. Anderson is very over hyped, she is just too high error to be All-American. There is also talent on that bench, but Crouch refuses to actually make changes and use it when needed.
