I definitely think Ishikawa is Top 5, maybe even Top 3 OH in the world at the moment. I'm gonna miss him playing for Milano next year too ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ Assuming Michieletto is the other OH, who is the 3rd you have in mind? That's a tough one. Automatically, I think N'Gapeth when he chooses to compete. I still really like Russell's overall game. The Polish are deep with great OHs but I'm struggling with which one has the all-around game in every phase.

Louati? Meh. I like Otsuka. He's not the caliber of OH that Ishikawa or Ran are, but I'm gonna love watching him in the Italian league. Gardini would be such a waste. Can't pass, not consistent enough with his offense. They need a player who can terminate from the left at the rate Ishikawa did. Unless they plan to go full Reggers Ball and utilize Otsuka/Kaziyski for their passing. Completely agree that they need another terminating OH, none of them screams that to me. For known, terminal, domestic OHs, Michieletto and Lavia are in Trento for a while longer. Bottolo can turn it on, but not consistently and he's with Lube a while longer. 0 faith in Rinaldi and Recine. Middle Porro is in Padova for a while. I wonder about Sani, since he's apparently Italian now. As for foreigners, I wonder about Mozic and if he's signed on somewhere, can be tempted away, or renewed with Verona. Sus passing, but definitely terminal...sometimes scoring points for the other team. I think Aaron Russell signed with Zawiercie, but I would have loved him returning to Italy. Yeah...Volleybox has a ton of rumors out there, so hard to sort actual availability.

Got the split screen with the Tours/St. Nazaire match. They have a white-out at Tours with the team in all white uniforms. It looks amazing in the arena. Quinn Isaacson with a block to overturn a 6 point deficit in the first set and take a 10-9 lead.

Monza had their chance in the 2nd set but some weird mistakes toward the end.

Luciano Palonsky played all season with Barkom Lwow...why/how is he now carrying Tours through the French playoffs?

I initially thought it was because he was on loan. I just asked someone in France who said he was able to sign because Pothron got injured and had his season ended. I still call BS on it... so go St. Nazaire!
