I'm dumbfounded, except for the fact that Morgantown, WV is generally a pain in the a$$ to get too just like Pullman was, but, wow. Leaving, I get, in light of the Pac-2's impending relegation (see also: Jonathan Smith). Not sure West Virginia was the best job to take, though. We'll see. |

I guess she needed to go (given WSU's lack of conference and lack of roster) and it was just unfortunately a light year for head coach openings. Do we think she tried for Cal? |

Not sure that would be a great fit. Unfortunately there were no SEC openings this year, or at any program in the Big XII with a higher ceiling. Curious to see how it goes. |

I might have missed this somewhere but what's up with assistant coaches at Colorado State? Did they leave/get fired? Are they replacing them?

Oooof. Wazzu knew they'd probably be losing coaches. But their home-grown, Wazzu family volleyball coach choosing WEST VIRGINIA? Mega ouch. It's a match made in almost heaven. |

A little help because my brain is fried: Biggest opening is Northwestern. Others I should mention? Thanks.

Could argue better than Washington State since it's no longer Pac-12? Easy to travel to location, and the Mountain West touches a lot of the West where there is good talent. WSU has the WCC schedule for 2 years, no clue what it is moving forward, while Nevada is locked into the MW for as long as we know.. |
