Interesting challenge by JFO okay, so does JFO still lose her challenge even though it was Londot in the net and not Michigan? I mean, someone was in the net... Yes. You only retain the challenge if the outcome of the rally is changed. |

Well, the bad part of being broadcast as a lead-in to the NFL is that all those currently watching on FOX will get kicked to FS2 before the conclusion of this one.

Thanks for the thread exit237a! I wish this were a more compelling matchup for Sunday afternoon on Fox, but the rivalry is strong regardless of how the teams are playing. For Michigan, the big news is that Hannah Grant is back. She played DS on Friday and I wouldn't be surprised if she has the libero jersey on before too long. She had an immediate impact on our defense and the team was competitive against Penn State. Michigan just doesn't have any consistent offensive weapons, there is no go to player on the roster when it gets to crunch time. Emily Londot has never lost to Michigan and barring one of her random poor performances, she's likely to keep her winning streak perfect. Michigan will need to drastically cut down on the unforced errors to have a chance. Go Blue! Emily will need to carry OSU the rest of the way if she wants her unbeaten streak to continue |

Well certaily Michigan shows considerable improvement since their part time head coach returned from her primary job on the USNT staff, but don’t Michigan players deserve more? “3-17 but improving…” is not what these kids signed on for….. and the same thing will happen next year….who would sign on for that….?
It’s a good thing the Michigan administration doesn’t care about volleyball…
