This one was particularly bad, but there's definitely a pattern. Part of it is the SEC is easier than non-con, but Skinner experiments a lot and moves players around frequently during non-con.

Kentucky has to be the only place where every libero/DS just comes in as a freshman and is immediately passing dimes and digging bullets right onto the setter’s head. Iconic Tuozzo's passing isn't quite that level yet, but she's had matches where it is, which indicates to me that with time she'll likely be more consistent with it. Skinner has proven he can teach passing. What's she been passing since conference play started? Feel like she had some freshman jitters and some communication mishaps to start the year, but she's been money the last 6 weeks. Edit: Until someone provides stats saying otherwise, I am considering it official canon that Tuozzo has been passing a 2.39 on 4.1 receptions a set in SEC play. |

Tuozzo's passing isn't quite that level yet, but she's had matches where it is, which indicates to me that with time she'll likely be more consistent with it. Skinner has proven he can teach passing. What's she been passing since conference play started? Feel like she had some freshman jitters and some communication mishaps to start the year, but she's been money the last 6 weeks. She's had a few missteps but since moving to left back, she has stepped up even more. Love her future! |

Tuozzo has been a stand out for her defense, OOS setting and serving. Wouldn't be surprised if her passing isn't quite at the same level as Beavin and Whitworth.
That being said, I think Tuozzo is first in line behind Beavin now for libero. That OOS setting is so valuable.

Teams are for sure picking on her in serve receive. |
