Francis on the slide to get the win. Cards led by Francis and Kipp with 15 kills each. Huskies played pretty well. Not sure I love the 6-2, but we will see if that sticks.

Not the best match by Oglivie, IMHO. Hope she bounces back. Her serve, however, is my fave in the entire NCAA right now. Such velocity.

Hitting .256 is considered a struggle match for the queen.
I’m not saying yall are wrong, what I’m saying is that’s how good she’s been that hitting for that number is an “off” night for her

Yes, Kipp was sick but gutted it out. According to Hambly she likely picked up a virus from Miner (or someone else on campus). Miner was sick before the WSU match and had to skip some practices but managed to make it through the match. I suspect Kipp got an IV after set one which is the reason she wasn't available to start set 2. I think she came back when the score was around 8-6, WSU leading.
