Is Guershing not playing? Riley was subbed in for her after she took six or seven swings in a row that she wasn’t able to convert. I think Guersching may be the best of all our hitters at avoiding errors — she rarely hits out or is blocked — but her spikes seem to get dug a lot. |

Okay, come on, Wahine 6 seniors for Senior Night, and a win is top 2 for crucial BW league play, no way Hawai'i loses tomorrow night! I firmly believe that and will be here to watch.

Need to get Paula and Kate in sync before tomorrow's nights match. The Wahine will definitely need some of Paula's kills tomorrow against LBSU.

Yeah, Paula's rhythm was a little off with the setters tonight. It's good that she doesn't make errors when off-kilter. |

To be fair to Paula, she was not getting many really good hittable sets tonight. The connection between Kate and her just seemed to not be there. |

To be fair to Paula, she was not getting many really good hittable sets tonight. The connection between Kate and her just seemed to not be there. You're right. It was not on point and Paula just stayed conservative with it which is better to do against teams like UCSD. Wags purse answered the call. |

Ham has been underrated for 2 years, imo, but she won this set at clutch time for the Wahine! she hit .063 last season

Yea, Paula 1 error on 10 swings, Riley 2 errors on 8 swings, Caylen 3 errors on 13 swings, Kendra also 3 errors on 13 swings, but Paula was the only one flatlining. As I mentioned, she’s a hitter and I’d like to have seen her given a chance to hit her way out of that slump. Hawaii needs her at full confidence against the block of The Beach. |
