I feel like Stanford is an Elite 8 team at best, but only because they're prob going to host. I really just don't see them stacking up with the other top teams, which breaks my heart for Kipp. We're at 20s in the 1st set against a mid SC team without Fields. Blegh.

I apologize for complaining, but man this announcer is bad. "Kipp with a smart tip...that doesn't make it's way over the net." Duh Many younger commentators seem to feel the need to comment on every single touch… Yeah, he is the type that feels he needs to keep blabbing every second. At 19 all, he says it's as close as it gets. Duh. Then at 20-19 he first acknowledges that it is Stanford's first lead of the match; then a few second later, states that Stanford has "retaken" the lead. |
