Y’all were calling her the best setter in the country two sets ago lmaooo and USA’s future starting setter two months ago! Fairbanks is very good, but the hyperbole kills me. I want to see her get better, but rn being "really good for parts of matches" does not a Poulter-esque setter make. |

I love the "Omg DeBeer and Monks were on the same high school team!" thing but that high school is basically an AAU club. Louisville DS, Duke's starting setter, and Washington State's libero were all on that team when they were juniors, and once the libero left, they added a freshman OH that is now at Texas. Like stop. as well as Ohio state starting middle and wright states starting oppo and libero lol how could I forget about radar. The fact that Basham sat on the bench for most of high school behind KENZIE MALONEY is insane. |
