Why do people feel so strongly there shouldn’t be chirpin in volleyball? Serious question. I can never understand this. Michael Jordan was one of the biggest trash talkers of all time. Actually it’s known that when players talked trash to him and he was having an off night, he lit up and would cause havoc and have some of the best finishes. Glad the same was true for VVG.

Pitt and Louisville make each other better and Dani is a class act so looking forward to many more years of great volleyball.
Hopefully both her and Dan stick with the ACC.
They sure have lifted up our conference.

Jones running the offense in some rotations is kinda crazy... but like it works. Wait was this happening throughout the season? I haven't been keeping up with their matches but I think she used to be setter/right side for Jamaica so this is cool to see. This is why I love watching collage volleyball because anything can happen - like Orzol bouncing from OH to libero whenever needed lol |

It's probably going to take a few days before the full match is available on the ACC's official YouTube, but here it is from another channel in the meantime. I wasn't able to watch it live so I'm excited I can watch it now.

Vocal cords still recovering. That was so fun! Recalls final four matches in 21, 5 setter and a 4 setter. Don't think we got outta there until after midnight. Haven't watched the replay yet, I was oblivious to the 'spiciness' live (except that I don't think Fairbanks and Monks will be exchanging christmas cards). Overall I thought DBK and Uncle Dan kept their cool.

I know that its probably not going to happen, its probably going to Murray from Nebraska, but like Badcock or Stafford for National Freshman of the Year! Murray has had the better season between Stafford and her. Similar hitting stats and Harper has been much better in the backrow. I think Bergen Reilly would be Nebraska's top choice though. Babcock definitely has a case IMO. She's been so good. do the schools nominate players for this? Or do they just pick from the all regional teams? |

I was at the game and I saw what I saw. There’s always been healthy competition and rivalry between these 2 teams. They have always respected each other. This is the first time there’s been any ugliness and Luper brought it. This is not a big deal but I’d hate for her to spoil that relationship so are u no longer a fan of vvg too tho? because she did the exact thing ur claiming made you no longer a fan of luper no but i love when an overconfident Louisville team gets shown out (had tickets to national final last year lmao) |

Louisville coming off a fresh loss to GT and fully expects pitt (ranked 7th) to give them everything they've got every time they meet, its always a battle. you think bc luper was staring people down that the Louisville team was overconfident? players on terrible teams stare people down all the time. And then they were 'overconfident' facing the #1 ranked all-star texas team last year? it sounds like u just might not like Louisville rather than they're an overconfident team lol |

is klika what would be broadly considered a good libero? The stat lines don't show her dominating digs but watching the replay she had some good assists

Rewatching: why on earth did Louisville challenge four touches in the last set? It was obvious there were four touches - it wasn’t ambiguous: so what she did (unknowingly) was challenge whether it was a block or first contact. Clearly the refs and everyone saw four touches and interpreted the first as a block.
Was it? It doesn’t matter because THAT can’t be challenged. I could understand when it’s a deflection or micro-touch, but it was clear.
That was kind of dumb on her part and she’s rolling her eyes at the ref. 😆
