your girls battled. Hard. Florida ALWAYS battles. They will be better served by going on the road in Rounds 1 & 2. If I were a 1-16 host getting named next Sunday, would not want to see the Gators appearing in my pod. I concur. Good luck to you.

What a match for JillGill. Florida might have lost, but this might have been the best they’ve looked in a SEC weekend all year. The Gators might be peaking at the right time… Maybe Gators 2.0 or 3.0 but not the peak of the season. Gators were ready to go to Number 1 after set 1 of the Wisky match. Wisconsin knows, Stanford knows, Minnesota knows.

Fun watch not entirely sold on the strength of the SEC as a whole but this was an exciting one especially down the stretch there If you aren’t sold on the strength of the SEC, what conferences are you sold on…? PAC-12 I think is the toughest conference top to bottom, followed by the B1G, then the Big 12, I would group the SEC with the ACC just very top heavy not much competition in the middle and bottom. I have watched enough from all of them.

Turning point: g5 at 6-6 Ark libero takes a facial, shakes and smiles it off, then delivers for the remainder. Gamer. Not just a facial. Martin actually knocked her off her feet. She is a trooper who should be in the concussion protocol this week.

Whew head that was a micro touch on that net Micro touch or wrapped up in it like a yellowtail, a net violation is a net violation. Absolutely horrible job of Match management. Next iteration of video review should include replay official and R2 or R1 and R2 to come to a consensus per the NBA. Get it right, Flounder!

Either retired, or lower level. I believe the review official should be assigned from the pool of working officials. Also, the CRS systems are different at each school, unless the conference dictates they must be identical and I don't think anyone does yet. If you use working officials they will use CRS numerous times per week, not just a couple times a season like now.

Regardless, I don't think any team wants to say they peaked at the beginning of the year ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

There is no reason schools arent using closed, dedicated, CRS cameras… relying on a video guy, out back, in a trailer to deliver the appropriate clip & camera angle on any given review is insane…

RPI is a terrible metric for how good a team actually is I don’t believe Auburn is better than USC which according to RPI they are. RPI has been proven to be flawed. Also I meant more that the competition in the middle of the SEC isn’t very good the teams just don’t have that level of talent. I believed early on that this was going to be a breakout year for the SEC and the teams at the top have been better or more competition that usual but the drop off after the top 4 is steep.
