I like the R2 Ref., she is really an excellent one. Hope she is either the R1, or R2 on Friday and Saturday. Also, wish she would come over to Hawaii, hold some Referee clinics for the Referees we have in Hawaii, they could learn a lot from her. If she could replace Brad “Zatoichi” Hironaka, that would be great. |

If she could replace Brad “Zatoichi” Hironaka, that would be great. Lol…I may get backlash for this, but oh well. Anybody would be an upgrade at R2 over Wayne Lee and Dickson Chun. For some reason, anytime there’s a challenge, they would the majority of the time side against Hawaii, as if they were intimidated by the opposing coaches. Even if the replays showed otherwise or not enough evidence to overturn. |

UC Davis lost 6 of their last 8 matches. Their 2 wins were over #323 Cal State Fullerton in 5 sets, and #311 CSUN in 4 sets. This is wild. Conference tournament play, baby! All teams start off 0-0 with a shot to be champion. Yes, that is the ONLY reason for a conference tournament. |

I turned off the game after the 2nd set cause I needed to do some shopping. I am shocked but not so shocked to see the Cal Poly Dollies come back and win again! Local girl Jolei Akima killed it with 21 digs and 7 assists!
The semifinals are going to be great!
