Argg a net touch to let that set slip away. Good job for SC to fight back and take set 2, 26-24. SC led by Wijay with 9 kills. Ducks need to clean it up better in the 3rd.

I still am at a complete loss how/why Mimi is struggling so much with her hitting. Has Matt been asked about this in any interview?

I still am at a complete loss how/why Mimi is struggling so much with her hitting. Has Matt been asked about this in any interview? Kind of in a roundabout way. Said something about being off technically, no mention of an injury. It HAS to be mental at this point. And when she's ripping it, they don't look like bad swings, but they're going out nonetheless. When she's not ripping it, well her offspeed game isn't as good as Gabby's so she's getting dug. |
