I’d definitely use travel to persuade an athlete to not go to USC, UCLA, Oregon, or Washington I’ve seen quotes from players that they think of road trips as vacations so I doubt it bothers them very much I’ve heard the same, however, once they start that level of travel mid-year when the crunch is really crunching- I think many of those same athletes will change their tune really fast. |

I’ve seen quotes from players that they think of road trips as vacations so I doubt it bothers them very much I’ve heard the same, however, once they start that level of travel mid-year when the crunch is really crunching- I think many of those same athletes will change their tune really fast. it's interesting, I've never taken a vacation to Lafeyette (or West Lafeyette), New Jersey, Maryland, Lansing, Bloomington, Iowa, Nebraska, Champaign, State College, Madison. Actually have never known someone either who has taken a vacation to those spots, lol. And in late October and November at that. Must be some great places to unwind with a good book I guess, if the players consider those spots vacation places. other than Spokane or Oregon, every Pac-12 city was a place/area I've visited for vacation or a get-away. |
