Houston outhit Baylor .324 to .280. They out blocked Baylor 8-4 and out-dug them 62-55.
But Baylor won the serve and pass game and had 7 aces and 10 errors to Houston’s 1 aces and 13 errors. They also had a better side out percentage, 67.7% to 65.3%.
Very good win for the Bears and really makes me excited for the future. On what would typically be a senior night, a team with no seniors just beat one that played SEVEN 5th-years.
