i thought i heard texas was nike's largest account even over oregon (i'm not sure if they meant university account or just accounts in general)...unless this was all just a dream💨

Serious question: why does Nike hate us so much? Because other Nike schools seem to get better designed gear and sooner than 4 weeks after the season starts Which programs? LSU's new jersey is kinda snazzy. Florida, USC |

During the European tour, JE forced encouraged his coaches to hold "chalk talk" sessions with the patrons. One day we had a question for his operations guy, Nathan Mendoza, and he was pleasantly surprised to be asked about the nuts and bolts of running the team.
We discussed uniforms and the long lead time, as well as scheduling other schools.
But basically, Nike dictates the offerings for the uniforms and it had to be decided last December because the sweat shops factories never recovered from COVID. They always have extra "Kayla Texas Caffey" jerseys, but if you rip your primary jersey, the operations folks have to stitch it up to last the season. There is no 48 hour order from Nike that will be fulfilled.

Kinda surprised no orange/white scrimmage announced yet it would have to be the weekend before the milwaukee trip. would it be strange to have it after an exhibition match? feels like the schedule should be flipped.
or we don't get an o/w scrimmage this year

I hope not, I’d really love to see the different combos they can pursue. Texas definitely has the most interesting lineup possibilities this year |
