Oh, Iâm well aware. Be careful what you wish for. He hangs it up at AAS and then comes to my local paper. God has a heck of a sense of humor. Honestly Iâd rather he be at the Chronicle with his ridiculousness than the Statesman. Iâm sure heâll be in a reduced role, too. Itâs not like the Chronicle has ever had anyone pro Texas, even when they have graduates covering the program. Richard Justice used to regularly go out of his way to establish his bonafides as an âobjectiveâ reporter on the program. Bohlâs wil fit into the tradition. Meanwhile the Aggies have had several reporters all in with their nonsense. Him being at the local Austin rag and then constantly going out of his way to be a contrarian just because always got under my skin. I also didnât value his opinions nor found his writing entertaining. But the unforgivable sin is being front row for Vince Young and then voting for Bush for the Heisman. I will always be convinced that was almost wholly him sticking his middle finger up at the Longhorn fan base, âI do what I want, teeheehee!â

I thought that was that play. The thing that struck me is, it wasnât a straight up and down block. Beason was hitting to Wenaasâs right and had an open court, and Wenaas side leaped extended her arms to roof her. Edit - yeah, thatâs not the play. Bergmark came over to help in that clip. The one youâre referencing is the one I meant.
