I wonder why the apparent desire for secrecy? I mean any Tom Dick or Harry in the world could have walked right in and sat on the front row to see / record the whole match. John Cook’s second cousin’s neighbor’s gardener could have been there with a fully charged Xaiomi 14 Ultra. It’s not like we’re playing Michigan. Speaking of I just read in the Michigan thread they beat Pitt, today. Not sure on the details but that’s definitely surprising.

I guess DMs are ineffective? Does TikTok have a DM function? Yep. She was asking her followers to message them too or tell them to delete it if they knew them. Hence, posting the story. And yes TikTok does I finally found her live message and I think this means that someone did a screenshot of Andrea's live broadcast of the UTSA match from last week. And, she is asking as copier of said video take the recordings down from their TikTok.
I don't believe(?) that this implies that Texas VB put out a ban on fan recordings of today's Orange/White scrimmage?
The reason is that there is a recording of today's OW game, but it hasn't been released yet.
Does Texas want any recordings of TODAY's scrimmage be kept under wraps? (They have done so in the past with announcements before the scrimmage. But not this year)

i wasn’t able to keep up with the thread or attend — someone please tell me prediction for starting lineup. please! Assuming Rutherford is healthy it feels like it’s going to be Skinner/Wenaas, Ames/Singletary, Swindle, Halter, Akana with Wenaas playing 6 rotations. But I hardly think that’s set in stone. Lauenstein looked impressive in her debut, and Kahahawai’s topspin jump serve was scary looking. Burton played for the first time in a long time. Carlson looked smoother, particularly on back sets to the right side. Swindle is a better presence at the net. Carlson’s serves were very effective. I don’t believe we’ll know more until starting lineups are announced for the Wisconsin match.

There are some restrictions on exhibition matches against another school for it to be considered an exhibition match and not a regular season match. I think one of the restrictions is no TV. It's may be that posting a video of the match could be considered a violation of the rules governing the match.

We watched Kahahawai play for her in some sets earlier in the year last year, so it wasn’t even set in stone then. But I don’t see Elliott make radical changes to his lineups over the years. To me he gives pretty clear signals who is going to be his starters and then he likes to see them play through any struggles. He will still make a switch, and if it becomes obvious the team is better with the new rotation, then that’s the new rotation. I don’t think Swindle is a lock at setter, or Ames is a lock at middle. But I do feel like that’s who we’ll see starting against Wisconsin. I don’t feel a certainty about anything, but I think my mind is more composed in some way when I feel like I have an answer regarding the starting rotation. That’s what I’m going with. I feel comfortable with that as an expectation. But if it turns out to be different I’m not going to be shocked, angry, or upset in any way. I’m interested to see if that’s the way Elliott goes, and how much subbing he does.

I agree with sIxpress, I believe Jenna will likely start but WL will have chances to come in similar to Devin last year.

I mean any Tom Dick or Harry in the world could have walked right in and sat on the front row to see / record the whole match. John Cook’s second cousin’s neighbor’s gardener could have been there with a fully charged Xaiomi 14 Ultra. Idk they were like that with it last year too 😵💫
