Team did some really good things tonight. Getting a sweep on the road takes focus. Auburn's only leads in the entire match were 1-0 and 2-1 in the second set, I think. Texas played with the lead just about the entire match and never let Auburn get too close.
Akana served really well tonight.
Carlson still not connecting on the quicks to the middles all that well; but, seemed like the connections on the slides were good.
Second match in a row with this same exactly lineup and substitutions. Did Devin play the entire third set in place of Rutherford again tonight?

Devin did play all of 3rd set with Rella serving.

madi is at .250 hitting efficiency and above 4kps for the season now. she’s been slowly creeping up stat wise but the last 2 matches have really helped. she is turning it ON.

texaslonghorns.com/documents/2024/11/15/UT20.PDFI don’t know if this will post, but it looks like Carlson connected very well with her hitters. They hit .456 off of her. 41 kills off of 90 attempts. Pretty darn good if you ask me. And on top of that 11 digs. Akana was on fire with her digs and so was Halter. Madi was Madi! Ames looked awesome, also. She is looking so much more comfortable!

IDK if that was the plan but Rutherford wasn't having a great night anyway (hitting .133)

Florida wins at Mizzou in 5 sets. That helps us in a couple of ways:
- SEC standings: Kentucky (10-2); Florida (10-3); Mizzou (9-3); Texas (9-3). We'll need to win out and have Kentucky lose at Mizzou on November 27 to earn a share of the SEC Championship; obviously, lots of matches remaining for all 4 schools.
- RPI Top 25 wins: Mizzou was at #17 prior to the loss; Florida was at #24 prior to the win; this should help Florida move up and hopefully remain there so we count that as one of our good wins

A testament to our team. Auburn has lost 7 in a row coming into the game yet there is a new attendance record for the game. People come to see the defending champs The Auburn WBB played Arkansas-State at 6:00p and then Auburn VB played at 6:30p. Their HC was a longtime assistant of Vic Shaefer and a longtime player on WBB transferred to Auburn, which is why I watched the first 30 minutes.
I had to think for a while the diss that Auburn's administration put onto their WBB. They could have played earlier or played later...but to basically give it a low priority.
Volleyball drew a bigger audience (3940) than WBB (2682).

Not sure if I'm understanding your entire post. The Auburn WBB game was on Thursday night. Believe there was a replay tonight on SECN.
