sorry, this commentator also annoyed me in the hawaii/iowa state match, but a short, aggressive serve =/= a lollipop. This is one of the worst televised VB matches I have ever seen. Can’t hear the commentators and when you can they are calling the play by play like a basketball game. During the TO the background music is so loud you can’thear anything they say. Is this student run broadcast? Because it can’t be this bad and be run by professionals. THIS IS TERRIBLE! |

It's not so much that Oregon's court is ugly or distracting with respect to the lines, the yellow interior color is like staring into the sun with this lighting. It almost hurts to watch it's so bright. Oh I already need to put this on mute… I am imagining people turning off the screen because of the court, and putting the audio on mute because of the announcers, but still keeping the stream going because by God they paid for ESPN+ and they are going to use it! |

It's not so much that Oregon's court is ugly or distracting with respect to the lines, the yellow interior color is like staring into the sun with this lighting. It almost hurts to watch it's so bright. That make a lot of sense with why they're calling it much more like a basketball game, because they're trying to be more descriptive for people who can't see the game. Of the color guy just sounds like he's trying to speak really loud but not scream, which is weird. I actually don't mind the play-by-play guy. |

I don't know why it takes us 1/2 to 3/4 of a set to start playing, but it does - especially at home. |

Well Ducks really could have let that first set slip based on how fast SELA came out of the gates, but they dug their heals in and had a strong finish. Ducks led by Mimi and Bacon with 3 each. Only Gabby needs to get going. Other hitters all doing well.
