Montana State coughed up leads of 24-20 in the second set and 9-4 in the fifth set against Weber State in the Big Sky Championship. It would have been a reunion at the subregional for long-time Gopher assistant Matt Houk, currently head coach at Montana State (assuming they would have been placed in this subregional}.
As I said in another thread, still a great first season for Matt and best of luck to him as Montana State plays in the NIVC.

A bit random to post that here in this thread, I assume that means you join with us byu fans?

I thought the ticket office did a pretty good job up until COVID. Since then it's been quite bad. I don't know if it's just a staffing/training issue or if there are other factors. For some reason they've decided that it's not important to list prices for season ticket holders anymore. And if you ask for prices, there is no guarantee they will be correct or won't change the day purchasing becomes available. In the past for the NCAA tournament tickets, they would state that if they had any tickets left for single sessions they would go on sale at such and such date and time and they would always list a price for those tickets. It was clearly stated and understandable. These days they can't even get the information on the website and their social media platforms to match up. I used to call them when I saw problems or needed clarification and they would fix it fairly quickly. Not so anymore. I've told them on the phone and in person of my frustrating experiences. I know I'm not the only one. I truly thought it would improve in time, that it was just temporary, but I don't think so anymore. Yep, it was bad again today. My wife said she was on hold for 44 minutes to our tickets. It wasn't that bad for me. I think it was only about 20-25 minutes, but that's not unusual. It's always a bit of a wait to get NCAA tickets, so that doesn't bother me. I had a very good experience yesterday with the employee that helped me, but then I don't know that I've ever had a bad experience with the ticket office employees. It's the misinformation, miscommunication, or lack of information that is the problem. I just wonder if those in charge have so much on their plate, especially with the new conference and all that has entailed with the revenue sports, that they don't have the time and energy to do a good job with the non-revenue sports.
Remaining all-session tickets have been opened to the public today. Tomorrow will be single session tickets, if they have any, but I guess they won't list the prices for those until/unless that happens.

Anyone have more info or heard anything about Little? Nothing definitive, but based on what I've seen on her Instagram, I think she's out. I was hoping she'd be available if possible. Did she play too many matches to apply for a medical redshirt? I haven't followed that closely this year, so I have no idea.
I haven't seen Weber State, but they've played us tough in past matches. BYU is vulnerable if a team can keep the pressure on them consistently.

Obviously injuries are part of sports. All teams have them, all teams muddle through and do the best they can. That said, for BYU to be the team that handled Pitt fairly easily and that was a solid top ten team, they need really good production from OH2, and that is why the loss of Little hurts. I really believe their ceiling this year without Little is the sweet 16. and ASU will not be an easy out to get there. With Little. i think this is the team that was 14-1 (remember she didn't start against WSU) and was dominating Texas before she got hurt. again, part of the game. But for us to really be competitive against the best teams, Eden has to really step up.

The cameras that BYU are using should be the NCAA standard. The referees are not.

Put Amy Gant in at OH2.
Or I see Nina Putikken at the scores table.
I’d even take Hiapo at OH2.
