I almost feel like we’re being punished for whatever reason (yes I’m making this about me because I’m the only one that matters here obvi). Like it makes no sense even if Devin is transferring out, she’s better than miller and if Wenaas is struggling, like she always is, sub in Devin. Why force us to watch stuff after stuff after stuff (and that’s just on 3 attacks). Lord I hope the portal gods (or freshmen) bless us for 2024. Cause I can’t take another year of this if you're relying on one of the freshmen to bail us out of wenaas, youre gonna be severely disappointed unless ames wanna change positions lol I guess there's a remote chance of the redshirt freshmen? But I don't consider that realistic, either. |

So Wenaas hit -.143 tonight. Whats the decision making around keeping her in versus any other option? Is there something happening in the practice gym that makes that determination more sound? If the program isn't meeting your expectations and lofty standards, you should definitely cut your losses and find another team to "support". Bandwagon fans are always in high demand. |

if you're relying on one of the freshmen to bail us out of wenaas, youre gonna be severely disappointed unless ames wanna change positions lol Air Byrd though. i didnt know if we were counting them all as freshmen i want to believe that we'll do everything in our power to get an impact pin, and the have byrd play whichever pin. but we saw JE go with jenna struggling every time instead of ever giving devin a real chance. would bringing in an impact pin even be worth it? because i have to be inclined to believe that jenna would start over byrd and byrd would never get a real chance to play.,, |

Reading these sentiments, I thought to myself, "What is so bad about having Wenaas?" Then I looked at the stats and saw that she's hitting. 218, and that is the way for a Texas pin, honey! I don't even know when the last time a Texas left side hit for that type of percentage was. Even Lexi Sun would never! |

Get a kill every time JE and Sully look at each other and say ‘if she hits into the block this time we’re burning the red shirt’ and she gets an ungodly kill and huffs across the net. She hasn’t had that redemption kill in a few matches now. They’ve got to be thinking the same some of the less friendly fans are thinking at this point about next year. Have to be. |

Texas will also have more battle scars in the SEC, but that will help them during the NCAA tournament after Sweet 16 because they will be more tested and be ready to rock n roll at end of season. |

I’ve been saying for months that devin isn’t doing what I’d like her to with the limited opportunity she’s been given. You’re right we don’t know how she practices either. Who knows what the portal will bring or take away, or what JE might do when he sees that 100k bonus get stuffed blocked a million times over the next three weeks. Maybe it’s not the portal he’ll turn to, but maybe he’ll dust off some international calling cards. Idk I just wanna win. |

I honestly feel like the Big 16 (as I think it’s about to be called) could be the most competitive conference from top to bottom of the top 4. Well, top to middle, in any case. |
