what's it going to take for SD to get a win? who as a practice player or waived would you pick up? if they're not going to play Morgan, they should be going after Tealer when she gets demoted when Mohler is back. they need to be doing their research about which americans are ending their season early overseas too.

They waived Lukes who was the WCC Player of the Year and All American in 2022, great six row OH, probably could use her now

Good thing- first home game for the Mojo coming up. Bad thing, they play the best team in the league.

GM Jeremy Waller just posted on Instagram that his time with the Mojo has ended. That’s not a good sign. Any chance the Mojo might not even make it through the season? Would the league take over if they attempt to fold?

Would the league take over if they attempt to fold? I don't think the team will fold. Every team signed a contract for at least three years. There's been speculation about KWJ's roll, but she was never the sole owner. This could simply be the other owners being unhappy with the on-court product. As for Waller, specifically, it could be a few things: 1) If the owners are putting pressure, he might of been fired or told to resign. 2) He's mostly a baseball guy. Maybe he realized he can't juggle his youth baseball involvement with the PVF. 3) If there is a power shift within ownership, he may be uncomfortable with the situation.

I guess when you have the worst record and the lowest attendance, plus lack of promotion that the other teams seem to have, this season probably isn’t going as planned for the Mojo. A midseason shakeup among leadership is a sign that there’s some internal strife. Not sure how much responsibility falls on the GM though. Hopefully this is a sign that the team is taking positive steps in an attempt to turn things around.
