There have been any number of over the net violations that haven't been called this season.
The play should be reviewable and challengeable because the plane of the net is just as rigid as the attack line on back row attacks
or the court boundaries.
If you can challenge a pancake... was it down or not
why can't you challenge a net vio..did the ball reach the plane of the net or not before it was touched by the opponent
