Miami can't play any better than they just did. Valiant effort. Badgers in 3. Go Badgers.

Hopefully, our block does its usual "oh, this is how to read the setter" in the 2nd set

Miami can't play any better than they just did. Valiant effort. Badgers in 3. Go Badgers. Their star-offensive player is hitting .000 after she posted 30 kills last night. She certainly can.

They've hit at least 4 balls off the block for points. I was talking about good block touches, not getting tooled, but I guess that is "touching" those balls These aren't controlled tools though. A lot of it is luck. The block past the endline. The block off the hitters head. The block in the middle that just happens to bounce a bit wide. You expect some of those in a match. But all in a single set? That's a little crazy. I agree it needs to be better. But to say there were no touches is just not true.

I mean, all those tools were happening in the 3rd set against JSU last night too, which suggests to me it's more than just luck and something about our block that we need to adjust

I don't think the Badgers served very well in set1, and Miami passed dimes allowing Vach to set the ball in the Hurricane wheelhouse. Coupled with a not very productive block by the Badgers...

We lost that point but this is the most defense I've seen TTA played all season
