When was the last time ASU made the Sweet 16? I vaguely recall they won a 1st round game maybe 10 or so years ago, but I don't remember anything beyond that. I don't think they have made it since it expanded to 64 teams...so quite a while. They were ranked at the top (#1-#3 somewhere) for a while but then Macey Gardiner tore her ACL and it turned into lost of losses. They still got an at-large bid, but lost to FSU in the first round that year. |

If you play like this you can say whatever you want after the game idc literally -- I honestly don't like trash talk through the net, but after you've completed the sweep in their home and play like that, do what you want girlie. What a lot of people don't understand about Lavinska is she's had to deal with a lot before ASU. I mean, her parents were killed while at home while she hid under a bed with a missile in her freaking living room. She volunteered for experimental treatment to make money and have a better life. Her brother was killed by a megalomaniac robot, created by the same guy who funded the weapons of mass destruction that killed her parents. Then, she falls in love only to have her man murdered by some dude looking for fancy jewels or whatever before she's turned to literal dust and... Oh wait, I think this is the plot of WandaVision -- carry on, Ms Lavinska! |

That was ASU's first loss of the season, and then everything was a struggle after that. The committee threw them a bone letting them into the tournament, and they got swept in 1st round. It was a sad affair. |
