I sense a feeling that she wants more active college experience, going to football and basketball games etc.

We don’t have a lot of depth right now. That’s my concern. I don’t need a huge impact transfer. We just need depth in case of an injuries. We have only 3 true pins on the roster… that’s not good Tyla and Malinah will get long looks at the OPP position. Stella, Caylen and Tali will be the 3 battling for the left side. Doesn’t look ideal but UH coaches are probably left with little options.

It is nice to see that Hawaii has gotten a player on the Collegiate National Team the past few years, I think that our next will be Mili I am having high expectations for her as she seems to have the same work ethic as Amber.

Hawaii still has a pretty talented team. Just young and short on depth. I’m still hopeful.
Arquette could be another option on the pins if needed… not ideal but might have to be so this year. She’s another Iosia!

She’s another Iosia! Can Arquette pass well? She can bang a ball on the right side but I've only seen it VS Hawaiian-sized competition and not really big blocks

UCSB is the only Big West team to have something posted which was only their home matches (all conference plus one Stanford game)

Just seeing all the other teams already have there season schedule out blah lol I recall reading someone mentioned Texas State so that is probably the other team. I guessing schools like UCLA and USC will no longer make that flight to Hawaii because they will be traveling equal distant eastward on a yearly basis and probably don't want to wear the kids down. In the future, UH's home schedule will probably loaded with more MWC, WCC, WAC and AAC schools since travel will be a issue for everyone. Wisconsin will have to travel to California while California/Washington/Oregon schools will have to make the trek to New Jersey and Pennsylvania. If Hawaii was to play the big boys, Hawaii will probably have to travel to the opponent's home site.

Just a FYI, I didn't receive an email or regular mail notification, but I checked the UH website, and the volleyball season ticket renewal is there. Not sure what's going on, but I usually get at least a letter for my renewal. Maybe it's just me. LOL.
