Arquette seems like stud no question. Given her offense and athleticism playing middle and pin in high school... she's a 6'0 setter than could be a real game changer for UH. That's definitely not a normal height for a Hawaii setter. Last one we had at that height and offensive ability was the definition of a game changer Now if only she had a topspin serve… Right? Iosia was never a trained hitter in high school tho (at least from I remember), so Arquette is definitely one of those players that could add a lot of volleyball-ability to the program. Excited t see where this freshmen batch goes through out their careers here.

I’m really excited for her as a setter but more importantly, what level of offense on 2 she’ll bring as a setter She was best volleyball player in the state in my opinion. But I want to see the setting because.....

I'm curious to see how Kate does with National Team Open program. Though her game has steadily improved under RAM, I'd like to see her add more to it and possibly get a spot on the Collegiate National Team.

i would like to think/thank kate lang had a voice in brayden schager's choice in his withdrawing his name from the transfer portal. I dunno about that. Brayden is a smart dude himself. He probably came to the realization himself. We don’t even know if they are a couple. Many Hawaii fans assumed they are going out together because they took a Christmas picture together. They are both well known athletes in Hawaii. Both played a high profiled position(Kate is a setter and Brayden is a QB). Both from the Dallas/FW Metroplex(Brayden from Dallas and Kate from Keller). If Kate did have a hand in getting Brayden to come back then she deserves a big “MAHALO!”.

But I'm hopeful all 10 return. Compared to some schools, Hawaii doing exceptionally well lol. Teams like Washington State and Texas Tech are losing a bunch of players. For the BWC, its nice to see Hawaii, UCSB, LBSU and Cal Poly not lose any so far

She is a grad transfer and was celebrated on senior night and decided to finish her career elsewhere. That's a little different to me than just up and leaving, IMO

It’s a whole different beast trying to find the master’s program AND team that fits you the best.
