LOVB has the national team players so far... but we dont know what PVF season 2 will look like... if they can get good international players that want an American experience... especially after an olympic year... would be the perfect time to do it |

I think in the first year they have a ceiling for all but 2 players or something don’t they? That will be important for PVF to stay competitive - if athletes can make more than 60K doing LOVB they will. |

I think having a blanket amount for PVF is bad... some players are worth more than others |

I have been trying to understand their model both $$ and structure and I just don’t get it. nope. afaik there's no financial information out. they're going to compete with PVF for american and international players. They've signed Fabiana, who is past her prime but is more relevant than any of the PVF foreigners. |

I forgot there was a podcast with Kelsey. LOVB's pay scale is going to be based on tiers (determined by experience, position, etc). Eventually once its "successful", they are going to break away from that into the more traditional pay model, with negotiations. They have funding for "multiple years". But need for autonomy will come. |
