fairbanks goes as the passing goes maybe more than most other top setters I think she's been doing a really good job creating hittable balls in transition so far aside from the one trap set to Babcock early on. Babcock has been overrunning some of the backrow swings and transition so it look like a bad connection but the ball itself is pretty good imo i think it's more that fairbanks becomes v predictable with bad passing and doesn't better balls -- there's a reason nebraska has 6 blocks already. the passing isn't great, so location / tempo isn't great, ergo predictable setting choices... ergo, blocks. |
